Co-hosts of the world’s top curling podcast, 2 Girls and a Game, Lori and Mary recorded this latest episode – number 16 of season 11 – soon after the world men’s championship final.

And Our Girls are not okay. Vic Rauter’s retirement is top of mind and both our hosts spoke of his career – and personal moments with Vic – with emotions they will cherish forever.

The feels continued with Canada’s wild ride to the final, where Team Dunstone eventually lost to Sweden’s Team Edin, and expanded again with the E.J. Harnden hanging up his brush.

In addition to the many world men’s discussions, the 2Gs also catch up on more team changes, which teams will potentially get the CTRS spots for the 2027 Scotties and the Brier, and there are updates on the Canadian Mixed Doubles and Canadian U20 nationals.

Lori (and fans) wishing G2, Mary Chilvers, the best of luck skipping Team Ontario at the 2026 Canadian Masters Championship, now underway in Grande Prairie, Alta.

As usual, multiple photos and videos are embedded in the media player file to provide a fully enhanced podcast experience.
