Horgan lads heading west to Alberta

It didn’t take long for now-former Brad Gushue teammates Geoff Walker and Brendan Bottcher to find new teammates.

Now based out of Alberta, Walker and Bottcher have teamed with Jacob and Tanner Horgan of Sudbury, Ont. for a new men’s team next season.

Bottcher returns to skip stones, and Walker will continue at lead position. Jacob Horgan will throw third with Tanner at second.

The Horgan brothers are formerly of Team John Epping.

Walker was the first member of Team Gushue to announce his departure late last week.
