Five steps to build your own framework

In this episode, Coach Steph provides a framework you can use to assemble your own offseason training program. Steph helps you plan and organize what, when and why you will workout.

    Five steps:

    • Assess your performance, movement and fitness

    • Identify your main priorities

    • Determine length of offseason and how the sessions will look

    • Create a program that reflects the above

    • Plan reassessments and adjustments to ensure your program is working.

For those who want a professional to make their program, check out the table in her website’s offseason menu.
